There’s a rewards program out there that’s merging with another existing and recently acquired rewards program. The company behind these two programs wanted to make the online merging/transition process for customers as seamless as possible. Queue: me.
Following a discovery period full of requirements gathering and stakeholder interviews I joined the project and led the concepting and design for:
- the homepage
- a ‘get started’ section/process
- the framework and design for an all-new ‘household’ model
- the transaction history
- a user testing plan and prototype
